Takhini Elementary: Eco-Challenge for Primary Students

Project details

During the Earth Week competition, Mrs. McCulloch's class did the following:

• Did the personal eco-action plan activity and made action plan posters. Students took home their action plans and checked off when they did the actions they committed to.
• Had a discussion of what each student can do for the environment.
• Made environmental posters and put them up in the school hallways.
• Wrote an environmental song and performed it for the school.
• Completed an on-line environmental story/program called The Magical Thread.
